General Counsel Consulting Solutions (GCCS) is a unique legal practice that provides expert in-house legal services, direction, and planning to companies that haven’t committed resources to a full-time legal department but have complex issues requiring experienced counsel.
Our business model is unique in that we do not charge by the hour. Rather, we agree upon a flat monthly fee and are available 24/7 to all personnel in the client’s organization. We believe that a flat monthly rate is the best way to align our client’s interest with ours. We are motivated to provide efficient, quality legal advice, NOT just rack up hours.
Our goal is to be involved early and often so that we can help our clients avoid problems. We believe that the only way to truly do that is to be available without extra charges so clients feel free to ask questions in order to raise potentially important issues before they become problems.
